5. Refunds

  • Refunds are not available after purchase.

·        Exceptions apply only if the wrong item was shipped or the product arrives damaged. In these cases, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that a photo of the product will be taken before shipping as proof that it was sent in undamaged condition.

    1. No Returns After Purchase

    • All sales are final.

    • Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed and delivered.

    2. Refunds

    • We do not issue refunds after purchase.

    • Refunds are only considered if an incorrect item is shipped. In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the sealed and unopened product.

    3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

    • To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide proof (photos or video).
